This was a pretty good account of Adam and Eve told from Eve's point of view. Made her a very human and interesting person and not at all the wicked women many doctrines make her out to be. I do think some better editing would have helped to reduce grammatical and redundant preachiness. Eve repeated her woes a bit too much. Otherwise I am glad the author tackled this subject. The beginning in the garden of Eden was great.Product details

I could not put this book down. It opened my heart to mother Eve and gave moments of quiet pondering. I know that my testimony and love for mother Eve has been strengthened. My gratitude for her also. The book flowed easily and captured me from the beginning. Thank you Angelique Conger!!
One thing lacking in the bible is detail. The author changes that with her wonderful tale. Readers are given a look inside the story of Adam and Eve told with a depth that is amazing. I loved the way the author has added to an age old story and makes it feel complete. If you are not a bible fan or a religious person, you will still find this a great story of life and the hardships involved with it.
Told a story of Adam and Eve and their family. An intriguing fictionalization of Mother Eve. The narrative was engaging but it really needed to go through another round of editing. Pronouns were often garbled, and tenses were mixed, which sometimes kicked me out of the story.
So enjoyed this wise and insightful book. The author draws upon deep biblical study, broad life experience, and faith-imbued imagination to weave a lovely tale. Beautiful imagery, and compelling storytelling. Blessings, Linda
